Orders of plants are delivered free anywhere in Broward, Miami-Dade, and southern Palm Beach Counties, Florida only. The minimum order for plants is $800. Orders greater than $5000 total price shall be by agreed contract terms. Contact us for a proposal.
Custom landscape structures are delivered and/or installed anywhere according to agreed contract terms. Landscape plants and custom landscape designs are delivered and/or installed anywhere according to agreed contract terms. Contact us for a proposal. |

| Return policy: |
You may return landscape plants for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.
Outdoor furniture and landscape structures may be refunded for the full purchase price of your order or exchanged for a new product. For full refund the item must be returned to us prepaid within 10 days in undamaged condition, unused and with its original packaging.
If the outdoor furniture or landscape structures are damaged we must be notified so we can file a damage claim with UPS. Then UPS usually pays to return the product back to us.
Customers receive a full refund on outdoor furniture or landscape structures, if they pay the return shipping back to us. If they send outdoor furniture or cedar landscape structures collect, unpaid, or if it is returned used or damaged there is a 25% restocking fee that will be charged.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
